Instead of used handphone cards, I will write about handphones.<br /><br />Ya, Singaporean are crazy about handphones. CRAZY. They change their phones so often it's not funny. Most of these <a href="http://secondhandstuffebay.blogspot.com/">second hand, pre-owned, used handphones </a>whatever their ex-owner calls them are almost as brand new. Many are in very good conditions.<br /><br />Coupled this with the fact that retail prices for handphones without a contract are too damn high, you have a compelling reason to buy pre-owned/secondhand/used handphone in the Singapore handphone market scene.<br /><br />Yep. I am sure you know this alternative but maybe many are too 'good' for used secondhand handphones. Most Singaporeans would prefer new and shiny to used and owned before, isn't it?<br /><br />Yep. Maybe you are the exception. Or environmental causes have made you realised goodtimes don't last that long here and you have better saved or be sorry.<br /><br />My friend, a stellar example, had just bought today, a brand new C902 Sony Ericsson without contract for SGD$700plus. Imagine what other use this amount of money can be for someone who needs it. It's an extravagant way to spend your hardearned money.<br /><br />Oh did I tell you I am a sort of prophet. I can foresee hardtimes very soon. Always after booms comes recession, the next one is not too far away.<br /><br />Save your money and buy secondhand, you never know when you need that extra hundreds in future. Yes. I promised I will be back and here I am, giving a review on an item I found to be of interest.<br /><br />Used phone cards nonetheless, ha ha. Yes, it's not much used for the everyday people but one thing I learned about auctions is anything goes.<br /><br />So as I was strolling along the eBay search results for rare used items, I found this listing (Item number: <span class="ebay">370059967472</span>) .<br /><br />Oman Used Phonecards- Butterflies - 4pcs. And I was curious, OMAN? What's that?<br /><br />And I found out it's actually the country OMAN and this is their used phone card being sold.<br /><br />I look through the pictures and was caught by a public service message on the phone card "Use pay phones with care. You never know, you could be the one who needs them most some days."<br /><br />So true. Karma's a bitch. Maybe consider buying this phone card and place it on your desk just as a friendly reminder.<br /><br />That's all folks.
